Okay we've found the solution : we've tested the site on a couple systems and it seems u can only see the page in full effect with Internet Explorer 5.5 : get it here

We think to have found the problem on the scroll bar ( some people can see the changes , some can't ) , but we are still testing on a couple systems , we will post a possible solution once the tests are finished . thank you for understanding .
